SAXON Bitches Party  -20th January 2001

Event Review

This One night event was pegged to be one hell of a party organized by the loveable SAXON BITCHES ( a contradiction if ever I heard one)

Anyone who knows the SAXON's and the SAXON BITCHES knows there in for one hell of a good party. Cheep beer, fantastic party till you drop Music Courtesy of the 'Chaos Road show' Rally 'Party' Disco and great games and trophies.

There was an abundance of people and as usual, most were either on the dance floor or near the bar at the Countryman Inn in Kirkby in Ashfield (nr Mansfield).

The Inn Staff are a great bunch and put on great food for all in the Main bar area, with the function room area purely for those who liked it loud and crazy.

The usual suspects were out in full force AIM showing their faces and taking over most of the bar area and 'Mad Pete' Taking over the middle of the dance floor every time we heard those early rifts of a good Sabbath tune.

Excalibur MCC (Mel Phil and Posse were once more just trying to Prove that they were madder than the rest, well Phil is till about 9pm then he has to go down lie down for a while - Bye  Phil. Still Mel here was still going in the wee wee hours.

Pete just about made it to the end from AIM but we found he'd taken the same train as Phil from Excalibur Awww.

Still Phil managed to Survive the Eyebrows treatment (Liz from The Bitches got him last time - Poor lad had a price on his eyebrows, Still Now there's one on Liz's Eyebrows. HeHeHeHe - Phil...if you can stay awake. you might get ya revenge)

We Were all there as were many from 'The Endless Knott  Clan' with their trusty mascot Phil 'The Gnome'

The silly Games went down well (something bloody awful in Newcastle Brown Ale glasses - Nowt unusual there.) Trophies and Raffle followed and everyone got down to some serious partying (If such a thing is possible.

Every Do' the Saxon lot put on his fantastic and They get better, now they have a decent site away from the houses and with land for camping, We cant wait for the next one...

The only complaint I can think of is that the floor does bounce a bit so the Music did jump something chronic at times. but That will be sorted next time around...Trust me I'm a DJ.
